每個人都曾經歷過年少輕狂的年代，但只要你的意志堅若磐石，即使路程再艱辛，你一定能去克服，你一定能實現你的夢想。

這是一首關於省思與勵志的歌曲，直到現在；還是我很喜歡的一首抒情搖滾歌曲，這首 MV 我在很多年前看過後；就一直很懷念，我很喜歡 MV 裡呈現的藍色調畫面，帶著些許的憂傷感，很能讓人在歌裡回憶與沉思。

 黎明時刻，我開著車朝著成長的地方駛去，一列火車正緩慢的經過，我停了下來；看著眼前緩緩移過的節節車廂，我回想起過去的歲月畫面，一幕幕、一幕幕的浮現.....。

歷經了歲月的摧殘，就像在盛夏艷陽高照；汗水直流之下，我依舊乞立不搖的站著，
因為我的意志堅若磐石。

走過年少輕狂的日子，走過什麼都不在乎的日子，但我很清楚知道自己的要的是什麼，因為我有顆意志堅定的心。

我冷靜沈著，思緒清楚，我不斷地在糾正錯誤的步伐，憑著堅定的意志力，努力著往前邁進。

雖然歲月不饒人，讓我的鬥志逐漸消退，但在經過午夜月光的沐浴後，我再度復甦，
我再度找回自己，我將擺脫壓力，不畏風雨，朝著目標努力邁向成功之路，
我依舊堅信我可以做到，沒什麼可以阻止我，
因為我的意志堅若磐石。

這首歌是由 Bob Seger在1986年所唱紅，歌裡帶著濃濃的藍調味，令人百聽不厭。Bob Seger 活耀在70'-80'年代，樂風是屬於美國南方搖滾類型，其中一首 Old time rock and roll 已儼然成了Bob Seger 的代表作。Bob Seger 的抒情作品一直是深受好評，像； Against the wind、 Night Move、We've Got Tonight 還有這首我最鍾愛的 Like a Rock。

這首歌也出現在電影 " 氣象人 "裡，兒子以這首歌裡的一段話獻給罹患癌症的父親，兩人在車上對話的感人畫面 ..........。

前幾天終於讓我在網路上找到這首歌的MV，我把它重新配過音；放上來與朋友們一起回味。
