I used to be a manager worked in Marketing field, and transferred to HRD role since 2011. Two years ago, I had the chance to move up to manage the company's HR function. Aim to be a professional HRBP, my manager helps me to identify the gaps for further development. They are ER/IR particularly about managing discipline management, legislation, redundency & termination, OD, JD, Remuneration & Payroll, Training & Competency, etc.
I noticed that there's some certify training courses organized by iiiedu, ie GPHR, PHRi/HRBP. Would like to consult with your suggestion which one to take. Or please send me your recommendation if there's other training course suits me better since I am not necessary focusing on being certified but more for capability upgrade.
