A Personal Glyconutrients

Testimonial Letter

The following letter was written to Jack who had introduced the writer,

Francis Connell to glyconutrients.

Dear Jack,

I wanted to write to you concerning my product experience. You first introduced me to the Glyconutrients product line back in April 2002. I had actually contacted you regarding a business opportunity and when I found out that the business was just another natural products line I almost cut the conversation short. You see I had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis back in June of 2000 and even though I had been taking Beta-Serone (which is one of the approved MS drugs), most doctors agreed that the medications could slow down the progression of the disease but that ultimately I would succumb to the illness to permanent disability and then possibly death.

I have a younger sister back in Massachusetts who was diagnosed 6 years earlier and she is almost completely incapacitated. So when you started telling me of the health benefits of the glyconutrients and how they worked, I was still skeptical but willing to at least try them for 30 days since I had tried just about every alternative cure I could get my hands on. You see I had been taking the Beta-Serone for close to 2 years and my body was still getting weaker and weaker.

My first shipment was the introductory pack, which I started taking as soon as I got delivery. But I didn't take them consistently! I followed the directions on the bottles but would take them for about 5 days, miss 2, take them for three days miss 1, etc. Finally, I ran out of product and didn't think about re-ordering until about the 3rd day when I realized how weak and tired I was. I then re-ordered, only this time the glyconutrients bulk. I followed the instructions on the bottle and started feeling good again. But I wasn't getting the results that I had been hearing about from other folks who had been suffering from MS.

Some time in August Jack notified me that there was a conference call specifically for folks who suffered from MS and that I should listen to it to find out how others were using the products. I sat in on the call and when I had the opportunity, I was able to ask why I was not getting the results that other MS folks were getting. I was then told that the recommended dosage on the glyconutrients was for healthy people to maintain optimum wellness, but that folks like me who had an autoimmune disease, that we needed to double the recommended dosage every 3 days until I reached a level where I felt strength and where I felt healthy.

It made sense to me so I kept doubling the amount from1/4 tsp until I reached the point where I was at 4 tsp per day. WOW! What a difference. But I was STILL SKEPTICAL. So I stopped taking it for about 2 days and by the 3rd day I almost couldn't get out of bed. It took me 3 days to get back to feeling good again.

But that's not where things stopped. My neurologist, Dr Allen, who is very well respected in the northern Colorado area, orders an MRI of the brain once every year. My last scheduled MRI was done in October of this year (2002). The last MRI I had was done in 2001 but I actually had one in Aug 2001 and one in October of 2001 because the one in Aug 2001 showed a huge increase in lesions on my brain many of which were active. Dr Allen was so alarmed that he ordered a new one in Oct just to see if he should re-diagnose me as Secondary Progressive MS so that he could change the protocol of my treatment. The October 2001 MRI showed the lesions were no longer active but that they had doubled in count.

In October of 2002 when he got the results from my most recent MRI, he stared at the computer screen for a couple of minutes and turned to me and asked me what had changed in my life. When I asked why he told me that not only were there no new lesions since my last MRI but also the ones that were still there were shrinking! I told him about the Glyconutrients and he told me that he had 2 other MS patients who were taking the products and were also doing very well. But he got upset when I told him I was no longer going to be using the Beta-Serone at $1200 per month. He is convinced that I will eventually need to go back to Beta Serone. Even though he saw the results with his own eyes, his training will not allow him to accept what Glyconutrients has done for me.

Today, 5 months after being on this level of Glyconutrients, I have my balance, energy and stamina back. My hands are not numb anymore. When my daughter bugs me to go walking with her, I can actually walk the 2 miles at a relatively brisk pace without losing balance or feeling like there are 100lb weights on my legs. Any one who has ever been diagnosed with MS will totally understand what I'm talking about.

My goal now is to raise the money to get my sister Denise on the products because I want to see her walk again. On a side note, my girlfriend is no longer taking asthma medications ever since starting on the products and she is even more skeptical than I was. God bless Jack and Marea Kettler for being so persistent in bugging me about using the products. I am now an Associate in the company and gladly so. What started out, as an inquiry to make a part time income to help me prepare for a future in a wheelchair became the answer to a prayer to give me my life and my health back.

Sincerely,

Francis X Connell

Improvements on Glyconutrients

From Heather Anderson

My story and progress since commencing the Glyconutrients on

3 December 2002.

I had been diagnosed with Progressive MS back in 1977 and steadily lost ground until 1996 when my Doctor recommended I try a particular antioxidant. We not only introduced it but added four other ones. Within 3 months my MS was stabilized and I have a copy of a letter written by my Doctor in May 2002, addressed to the Accident Compensation Corporation, stating my MS has been stabilized since 1996. The abilities that I regained within those first three months were retained but I could not improve on them through to December 2002.  However in 1999 I had an accident and broke my left hip and after that things went wrong. To keep the story short 1 year after my hip replacement, the artificial one was removed never to be put back in because of a bone infection. Loss of my hip joint has confined me to a wheelchair and I require assistance for all my transfers of position! . However all other aspects of my abilities had remained unchanged since 1996.

Since starting on Glyconutrients on December 3rd. 2002 I am certainly making some significant gains in my fight with MS and are listed :-

  • I am gaining strength and can stand up much straighter than before. (still have to be supported) .  My side profile of my back, during transfers,  used to be likened to a banana, now it is almost straight.
  • My practice walks on the gutterframe walker have improved by more than ten fold since I started on Glyconutrients. In November I would achieve anything between 9 and 35 "quality" steps out of walking 90 meters. (Quality defined as being able to take my left foot well forward of the right foot, a normal step. To get counted the left foot comes through as far as the wheel of my walker. I can now do up to 701 quality steps in a day with only 1 to 5 steps not qualifying to be counted.
  • My bowel movements are now regular and the stools consistently good. I have not taken Lactulose (to prevent constipation) since April. Previously Lactulose was required daily and the dose often had to be adjusted in trying to keep the stools consistent.
  • My night time bladder control is better. November last, usually 3 times per night and occasionally twice, now most nights I can sleep right through with the next most common requirement is a lift around 3 a.m. and rarely  two lifts.
  • My daytime bladder control has improved and can now delay, after getting the first "urge", up to an hour or more. Previously it was difficult to "hold" if one didn't make for the toilet immediately. This is a big bonus !
  • I can sit up in the bath now and that was previously impossible.
  • I have Hydrotherapy twice a week and there have been noticeable increases in my leg movements e.g. I can lift my right knee almost twice as high as I could last December, is just one of a number of improvements.
  • My Sleep Apnea has gone , during the 3rd month my Husband, Michael, noticed it was improving and he has not been able to observe any sign of it since the beginning of June 2003. He says that I now sleep quieter, without any heavy breathing, than I have for years and I now wake up feeling more refreshed. Back in December 2002 Michael had timed me for stopping breathing for up to 1 minute and 45 seconds followed by a huge gasp of air. I would breath heavily, almost a snore, for about a minute and then stop breathing again - he says it was quite scary to listen to.
  • I now have feeling in my left little toe, it had been numb for years.
  • My left leg and foot now "feels warm"  and the skin surface temperature has improved. (touch only assessment, not  measured). They have been cold for years, even in the Summer.
  • My left foot used to have to be strapped to the foot plate of my wheel chair to prevent it being lifted off during involuntary contractions. Sometimes my foot would become dislodged from the strapping. Since May we have been able to remove the strapping and it has not coming off the foot plate since then.
  • At night time while sleeping, both my legs would have involuntary contractions where the legs would bend and the knees would lift about 6 inches. That has ceased completely.
  • I can now shift my left leg in bed, Michael used to have to position it for me to get comfortable and the placement was critical as on occasions he would have to get out of bed to shift it ever so slightly for me to be comfortable.
  • After a transfer to the wheel chair I can position myself by pushing myself into the back of the seat. Previously Michael always had to give me assistance to get to the very back of the cushion by lifting me under the buttocks and pushing against my right knee with his knees.
  • When sitting in my wheel chair I can pick things up off the floor, previously impossible.
  • There are a number of activities that have significant improvements because of increased strength. Just too numerous to list but from Michael's point of view the most important improvement is that I am "lighter" to transfer - not because I have lost weight but because I now contribute more to the lift because of my  increased strength in my legs.
  • In September 2003 Michael noticed that a bone growth (identified by my Doctor as bone growth) on a vertebra in my mid back has shrunk to less than 1/2 of its previous size. It used to annoy me when sitting on any hard back chair.
  • February 2004, I successfully came off Diazepam that had been required to keep my leg from comfortable while lying in bed. The only drug I now use is Accupril for blood pressure and even that is half the dose that it used to be. (Achieved when on the anti-oxidants that I used to consume before switching completely to present regime - see below)
  • May 2004, I have just had a major  "breakthrough" and I am so excited. Until now, my practice walks have required Michael to put pressure on the inside of my left calf to stop that foot from tucking in behind my right leg. I can now step through without any assistance from Michael. It requires considerable effort and it means my counting of the steps have had to start again The first morning was only 15 steps, 2nd day was 30 and then a 3 days gap and 70 steps for 2 mornings and this morning it was 123 steps. I am taking it carefully as it is a new experience for the muscles and I do not wish to over do it.

I am now in my 18th month of being on the Glyconutrients and although the improvements have slowed down I am still gaining. It is truly amazing and we are just so excited. I consume a "liberal" serving of Glyconutrients and 6 capsules of  phytonutrients, 6 capsules of plant sterols and 3 of food matrixes vitamin/minerals, 9 capsules of the new combined glyconutrients and phytonutrients and 3 capsules of  digestive enzymes daily. The reason for not disclosing the Glyconutrients consumption is that one should seek to find their own requirements. A good way to do that is to consume the "Label rate"  for 2 weeks and if no significant improvements are not observed, double the consumption. Each 2 weeks repeat the process if until significant improvements are detected.

I trust that Heather's progress will help to give you the encouragement to take the opportunity to see if you can gain benefits like Heather has. You may be astounded at the improvements that can be achieved by giving your body the tools contained in the Optimal Health Pack. They are designed to assist our bodies reach a state of optimal health. I will send you information on the Optimal Health Products later.

The reality is that we should all be consuming the Glyconutrients. We are all subjecting ourselves to a diet that just cannot deliver the eight essential sugars and phytochemicals that our bodies require for the maintenance of good health. You would be well aware that people can look and feel fine right up to the time of symptoms presenting themselves. e.g. One minute one can be outwardly fit and well and the next minute struck down with a heart attack. (60 % of women who die from a heart attack, the attack was their first symptom! They never get a second chance). Believe me, I am not trying to use scare tactics, just showing you "how it is" and hoping that you will see the wisdom of considering the products for yourself and your family. As Dr. Reg McDaniel, Director of the Fisher Institute of Medical Research, says "If your heart is still beating, you should be consuming Glyconutrients and there are no exceptions.

Lou Gehrig's Disease (PLS/ALS)
Glyconutrients Success Story
During a golf game, in May 1997, I became aware that the toes on my left foot were sometimes dragging. After the golf episode, the left toe dragging occurred when I played tennis and after a long walk. The next symptom I experience was muscle spasms occurring down my left side. The spasms lasted 4 hours at a time, sometimes when I was driving my car on the way home from work. I knew that something was wrong and went to my family doctor. I was referred to a neurologist and was given an EMG, which registers nerve activity.
From here, I started a battery of tests: Evoked Potential, EKG, PETscan,CTscan, and MRI. Some of the test were redone at 6 months intervals for comparison purposes. I continuously asked doctors to book me for physiotherapy as I was experiencing overall weakness and great difficulty in walking as my toes were now folding under me- in other word "a dropped foot". The doctors ignored my request because I did not have a diagnosis
In 1999, after 18 months of running for tests, I was diagnosed with Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS). PLS is a slow-moving Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. My neurologist informed me that the PLS could possibly switch over to ALS. The news devastated me. I was aware that ALS is a fatal neurological disease since I had been following the story in my local newspaper, of a popular young minister who was 35 when he had been diagnosed with ALS and how he had digressed.
I hated seeing myself in a mirror! I was now walking with my left shoulder almost at waist level, my left arm was sitting on my rib cage, my left hand was beginning to curl up into a permanent clenched fist and I was swinging my rigid leg out to the side when I walked to avoid tripping. My body was becoming very weak. I was unable to walk any distance without tripping and my balance was very precarious. Getting from the parking lot and walking through a large building to my office desk was overwhelming.
I took the advice of my neurologist and went on sick leave from a professional management position at a university. A position which I had held for 20 years. I had only turned 55 -- I was looking forward to Freedom 55 with zest -- my life was now in a tailspin. I remember being extremely despondent as I continued experiencing the inability to accomplish tasks that had always been so easy for me. The “dropped foot” made walking extremely difficult. My balance was unstable and, almost daily, I suffered from muscle-spasms that invariably lasted 4-5 hours that were now affecting my left arm.
These uncontrollable spasms, sometimes affecting every muscle on my left side made it very difficult to attend church, eat in a restaurant and going to a movie or live theatre would be a nightmare.. These muscle-spasms left me very fatigued, especially if they awoke me from my night sleep. I kept saying to my family and friends that I felt I was living in a 遊戲圍欄playpen because of the limitations I was now being challenged with. I had been a volunteer with the physically challenged for 14 years and now I was dealing with my own health challenge. I wondered what I was going to do with the rest of my life. As a single mom who had raised two grown-up sons, I was looking forward to being a grandmother and holding my grandchildren.
I researched and read every book/article that I could. I read the book “Your Miracle Brain” by Jean Carper and I gained enough knowledge to know that anti-oxidants are very important, particularly for PLS/ALS patients (who have more free radicals and less anti-oxidants in their body). I started a regime of vitamins, anti-oxidants, including CoQ10, grape seed, pycegenol as well as practicing yoga. I remember an occasion when friends helped me to attend an aquafit class. They almost had to physically carry me from the car to the pool facility and dressing room then to the pool. I was not walking well at all because of my ‘dropped foot’. I continued getting the muscle-spasms and was given CLONOZAPEM.
In the Fall of 1999, now that I had a label of “PLS”, my neurologist gave me the go-ahead to start physiotherapy. I was fitted for a plastic type of support that would fit inside my left shoe and would keep my toe from dropping. I continued with physiotherapy exercises, I began walking 10 minutes each day, enrolled in beginner tai chi classes and went to ‘special-needs’ pool exercises. I participated in tai chi health recovery classes that concentrated on individualized muscle strengthening and balance. Along with this exercise program, I concentrated on a high anti-oxidant diet of fruits and vegetables and saw an improvement within 10 days.
I kept increasing my walking each month by 10 minutes and, although I was still found walking difficult, at least I was mobile. In the summer of 2001, I was able to golf 9 holes using a golf cart. I started to get back some of my old lifestyle and regain strength. I decided to investigate the possibility of getting some kind of leg brace that would give me more flexibility. With the help of my orthotics specialist, I was fitted for a brace that had a hinge on the ankle. I was the first patient, in the clinic, to want this type of walking device. It was exciting. I had to resume physiotherapy and worked on bending my knee, which had been kept ridged for 4 years. I also had to relearn how to walk because my hip and leg muscles had fused together, giving me a ‘stroke-like’ gait. Again, I had to start short walks and build up my endurance. In the meantime, my left hand started to curl more and I tried to focus more on arm and hand exercises. It was tiresome! The medication for the muscle spasms was not effective. I felt frustrated.
The Science of Glyconutrients was introduced to me in October 2001. I was given Dr. Michael Schlecter’s tape “Back from the Brink”. The tape mentioned Lou Gehrig’s disease. I was amazed because this disease is not generally talked about. I immediately made the decision to take the nutrients with the intent of bringing my body back to “wellness”.
The 17 months that I have been on glyconutritional neutraceuticals, in conjunction with a daily exercise program and a high-antioxidant diet, has resulted in me experiencing muscle strength in my leg, arm and increased activity in my left hand. My leg brace has been adjusted twice to allow more flexibility. I now feel that the muscles in my thigh and calf are strengthening. My left arm has relaxed to a natural full-length extension and my fingers on my left hand often lay fully open as a hand at rest instead of being a clenched fist drawn rigidly to my chest. More importantly, since taking the muscle recovery supplement the last four months, the muscle-spasms are almost non-existent. For the first time in five years, I can go to a restaurant or theatre and enjoy my evening.
My adult son recently commented on the remarkable improvement that he had seen in me, both physically and emotionally. I have to say that my family was skeptical when I started the glyconutritionals. Any Mom will know that it is unusual for a male child to tell you that you are doing well. For me, it was most gratifying to receive my son’s compliment and it re-affirms to me that I have chosen the right path to regain an awesome quality of life.

My recent EMG showed some muscle activity in my left side, in areas that previous showed inactivity. I now attend tai chi classes 4 times weekly, regular aquafit pool exercises 5 times weekly and, with the use of a leg brace, can complete a 6km walk with ease. I also played 9 holes of golf twice a week last summer, without a golf cart! Oh! Did I mention that I am now able to travel from the car to the pool and go out for short errands without putting on my leg brace. I cannot tell you how liberating this feels! In February 2003, I baby-sat my 3-month old granddaughter…..I can independently pick her up, hold her and dress her.
My body’s ability in symptom management is phenomenal and I have had no additional health challenges that are frequently reported as a result of pharmaceutical drugs. In fact, I have reduced my prescribed medications from four to only one. My mental outlook is superb and I am now back volunteering again.
I look forward to updating my “wellness” story in the future. I do not know what I will have to report but I can only say that I currently have a quality of life that I did not ever expect to.

Gout Testimonial Number 1

My very stubborn husband suffers from gout.

While he was on  these wonderful Glyconutrient supplements he only had occasional gout flare ups.

When he would complain of a gout flare-up "coming on", usually indicative by his big toe feeling like it needed to "crack"but wouldn't, I would secretly give him a 2nd heaping teaspoon of Glyconutrient powder, that night. By morning, the gout was gone.

I finally tired of the constant fight of making him take his product so I gave up.He started having problems about once a month. The last episode lasted for about 10 very miserable days.

After about a week, he finally gave in and started taking product againand it was gone in about a week. He also got immediate relief from the pain byputting firm on his foot. Keep in mind though that gout is soooo painful thatgetting someone to touch the affected area with ANYTHING will be difficult.

If you could encourage them just to squeeze the Glyconutrient cream, out of the tubeon the foot, even that will be helpful. Then maybe gradually they will be able to rub it all over the area.

My husband has since stopped taking product again (for about a week) and last nighthe asked for the tube of Glyconutrient cream, again.

Sour cherries are supposed to be very good for reducing the uric acid Levels in the body- if nothing else get a can of them from the grocery store(usually by the pie filling) and eat 1/2 a can.

There is also something in beer that will raise the uric acid levels very quickly. One beer would cause a flare up in my husband while not on product but as long ashe was on the OHP, the beer did not affect him at all.

We also found that you can have gout flare ups but testing of the uric acid levels stillshow in the normal ranges. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I would be happy to do a 3 way if necessary.  Kathy

Ankylosing Spondylitis and Glyconutrients

I'd like to share some of the personal experiences from friends of mine who began supplementing with glyconutrients. I have personally shared this technology with many people who all suffered from Ankylosing Spondylitis as well as Chiropractors who now recommend this directly to their patients. To hear about their objective and personal results is just an amazing thing. It truly makes me grateful for the opportunity I have. I will share their personal stories here as I collect them from other individuals whom I personally know.

At the center of each person's nutritional change is a bulk glyconutrient supplement. Quality vitamins and other nutrients are also important, along with improving eating habits and as much exercise as is possible.

Glyconutrients are not a drug and do not represent a treatment or a cure for Ankylosing Spondylitis.

They are a specific type of nutrient that is newly discovered. They have been listed in Harpers Biochemistry since 1996.

Products that contain a complex of these glyconutrients should be made according to standardization practices to ensure that you receive a consistent amount of glyconutrients when you supplement with them. Unfortunately many supplements that only claim to have one or two of the eight necessary glyconutrients, do not produce their products using any sort of quality assurance process to ensure that every pill, glass or scoop has a consistent amount of even their limited range of glyconutrients. It is therefore important to only use supplementation that is made using quality practices.

Again, while glyconutrients represent a class of nutrients and are not regarded as medical treatment for any disease. However improving nutrition through the use of high-quality supplementation can support the normal processes of each and every cell of the body. These processes make it possible for each of your cells to restore, protect and defend itself from the effects of injury and disease.

Here's another story from my friend Susan in Colorado. She is also an RN.

I was 19 years old when the symptoms started. The doctors told me I had an irreversible debilitating disease that would rob me of my ability to move freely, and fill my life with severe pain. The only treatment was symptom suppression, with the hope of slowing the progression of the disease. The chairman of the Rheumatology Department at the university hospital where I was diagnosed, told me I had the most severe manifestation of all the six women (the disease was rare in women) they were treating at the time. The disease has now become much more common in both men and women.

Ankylosing Spondylitis (A.S.) is an
auto-immune disease. The body turns on itself and starts destroying a certain collagen that is found in the strongest and most durable kind a cartilage in the body (found in the spine, pelvis and hips, iris of the eye, aortic valve of the heart, the supporting tissue of the bowel, etc.). The attacked area becomes increasingly inflamed, painful, and stiff. The body deposits calcium in place of the collagen, and the area turns to bone. As a result, movement ceases in that area, and the muscles degenerate from lack of use. Sometimes calcium is also deposited in them. In time, the entire spine (including the discs and supporting cartilage), the pelvis, hip joints and tendons degenerate and turn to bone. The neck, back, ribs, and pelvis cease to move, walking become slow and painful, then impossible. Breathing is at first painful, them limited, with a weak and ineffective coughing and sneezing. Slumping is the most comfortable posture, and if you choose not to fight that tendency (a painful 24-hour a day battle), your spine becomes permanently “frozen” in a question mark position. Many people also experience attacks on certain organs of the body–excruciating pain and photo-sensitivity with iritis (inflammation of the iris of the eye), dangerous damage to the aortic valve of the heart, debilitating colitis with pain, diarrhea, and usually weight loss, etc.

Men tend to deform faster, then have less pain. Women tend to deform more slowly and have longer pain. They also tend to have some significant hormonal imbalance on top of everything else.

“What Happened?!” May, 2003. After battling the disease for 29 years, it looked like Ankylosing Spondylitis had finally gotten the best of me.
I was in severe pain day and night -- my entire back and neck, shoulders, pelvis, hips and knees were involved. Tightening neck muscles often caused a headache across the top of my head, affecting my sight, and even making my jaw and teeth hurt. I had minimal movement left in my upper back and none in my lower back for many years. My pelvis had been immoveable and the bone honeycombed since my late twenties. My ribs no longer moved, minimizing my breathing, and making coughing and sneezing an exercise in futility. I realized that if I caught a chest cold, I would suffocate to death. I had slight side-to-side movement remaining in my neck. I depended on a cane, and took slow baby steps to walk. Getting up the stairs was a long and painful process. As the muscles of my back degenerated, they became flat and often went into cramps so severe that only a 2-hour massage gave temporary partial relief (medication for pain and spasms had long since become a joke). My abdomen and legs also frequently went into spasm. It was obvious that I would have to go on disability. How could I possibly continue to care for myself? And what use could I be to anyone else?

Into this dark hour of my life, God sent a light of hope. A friend confidently encouraged me to take glyconutrients, to give my body the building blocks it needed to heal itself. As a nurse, I had seen the science–it is impeccable. I had even tried a little of the product. But without a knowledgeable person to guide me, I had not taken enough to provide for my depleted body, and had given up . But, a few days after starting to take an adequate amount, I could see progress. First my
hips loosened enough to improve my walking. The pain began to decrease. I got rid of my cane. My ribs began moving again. And my muscles–oh, my muscles complained! Some hadn’t been used in a long, long time; but, with use, they are regaining strength and tone. Three months into my new life, my average pain level has gone from 7-9 out of 10, to 2-3 out of 10. I can almost take a normal stride. I walk more like a woman and less like a stick. My spine moves side to side and front to back, and my neck is less stiff. There’s more to go, but the progress in wonderful!

Over and over again, people who know me, ask, “What happened?!” I am all too happy to tell them how I got my life back!

That’s Not All. The effect of glyconutrients on my arthritis is only part of the story. Since my teen years I have produced inadequate progesterone, and for over ten years, none at all. This has led to a whole pile of problems, not the least of which was extremely painful and
heavy menstrual periods. I became severely anemic, and had to take synthetic progesterone to cycle properly and manage the blood loss. Now, with glyconutrients, I no longer take progesterone replacement, and, at age 48, am having the first normal, self-regulated menstruation of my life.

My
thyroid function was low. I have been able to gradually taper off my thyroid replacement, and now take none. My endurance has improved considerably, and I can keep warm. My heat and cold tolerance are also getting better. My hair and nails are growing in thicker.

There’s more. I have Mitral Valve Prolapse and Paroxysmal Atrial Tachycardia (sudden fast heartbeat), and Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block (imperfect nervous system of the heart). I frequently experienced heart palpitations. These episodes had become harder and harder to stop. Now, they occur less frequently, are much lighter, and last only a short time because they are easy to stop.

And...I took Cytotec for many years to counteract the stomach irritation caused by the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAID’s) prescribed for the arthritis. As a result, I did not produce enough hydrochloric acid and digestive enzymes. I had to supplement these so I could digest my food properly, stop the discomfort with eating, and frequent bloating. Neither is necessary any longer. Along with that, many people with A.S. have discovered that eating gluten-containing grains increases their joint pain. Because of this, I had stopped eating wheat, oats, rye, and barley, with beneficial results. Now, I am able to use these grains freely, with no problems.

One more. An NSAID medication I took a few years back killed a particular portion of each kidney (Papillary Necrosis). I became unusually susceptible to dehydration, and had to drink large amounts of water to get my urine colorless. Now, I can keep it colorless by drinking normal amounts of water.

All these improvements have resulted from
three months of taking glyconutrients. I take no prescription medication for anything. I do take certain nutritional supplements. I can hardly wait to see what improves next!

What are glyconutrients? The answer is beautifully simple. The cells of the body are supposed to be covered with antennae. The job of these antennae is to tell the body what the cells needs -- specific nutrients, repair, destruction if cancerous, etc. Without adequate antennae, the cells can’t make enough antennae, so cannot communicate sufficiently with the body. When injury or disease strikes, they are unable to adequately heal the damage. Disease overwhelms the body.

These antennae are made of glycoprotein – molecules made of 8 specific simple sugars (the “glyco” part), and proteins. But the average American diet, and even most special diets (organic, etc.) are deficient in 6 of these 8 “essential sugars” (also called monosaccharides). We used to be taught that sugar’s only use in the body is energy. Now, we know that certain sugars perform the life-sustaining job of cell-to-cell communication. Without these critical building blocks, auto-immune disease (arthritis, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, etc.), diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and many more conditions, go unchecked in the body. We can see the epidemic of disease among our relatives and friends, as well as in medical statistics. Suffering and death are everywhere – in young and old, rich and poor, alike.

When adequate amounts of these 8 essential sugars are added to the diet, the cells can grow the antennae they need, communicate with each other, and begin to heal the body.

And the science? Harper’s Biochemistry (the book most medical students use), Scientific American magazine, Science magazine, and others, have detailed this discovery. New research continues. Physicians are documenting case studies. Thousands of people are sharing their personal experiences. It's so simple – give the body the building materials it needs, and it will follow the built-in instructions God placed in each cell, to heal.

If you are like most people with chronic debilitating conditions, you have tried a lot of products. Some helped to varying degrees, some not at all. You are probably as weary of having your hopes dashed, as I was. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool sceptic--so nothing would make me happier than to share with other sceptics what I have learned and experienced.

This is from another friend, Sharyl. She's an RN and an RV enthusiast.

In 1980, at the age of 37, I was suffering from pain on a daily basis. I was trying to take care of my family and work as a nurse and it had come to a point where I could do neither. I have had chronic 虹膜炎iritis (eye infection) since I was in my twenties and my eyes were getting much worse from the build up of scar tissue from having frequent occurrences. Finally I was hospitalized and after many days of testing I was told that I had Ankylosing Spondylitis.

I was treated with gold therapy, but the side effects were so severe the treatment had to be stopped. The most effective means of controlling my pain was through the use of anti-inflammatory drugs. For the next 20 years, many of these medications were prescribed but I developed a severe rash after being on each one for years so my doctor would change me to another. Over the years I also developed
osteoarthritis so I have suffered pain for many years and I am now 62. I have taken Celebrex and Vioxx but as true to my history I developed a rash from these so I could not continue. I do believe I was saved me from major side effects by my reoccurring rashes.

In 2002 I had surgery and it was discovered that I was allergic to the pain medication and needed large doses of Benedryl due to severe itching. In 2004 I was told that I was allergic to all COX 2 drugs, which means almost all pain medications were now denied to me. I spent several months going to rhematologists and an immunologist. After expensive testing I was told that I could take Aleve (naprosyn, which I had taken it years ago). Just the same I was relieved that I could take this as my pain was debilitating.

Approximately 3 months later, I had a severe rash with intolerable itching. At this point, I could only take Tylenol and steroids for flare ups, which were occurring quite often. I had my joints injected with cortisone and it did help but the pain always returned. I used heat and cold applications and was limited in all activities.

In May 2005, I began taking glyconutrients, and I am pain free. I have signed up at Curves and am starting to exercise, have been able to kneel and weed the flower beds (had not been able to do for years) and even helped hang and cut drywall at a Habitat for Humanity Build this summer. When my husband and I walk, he can grab my hand without me crying out in pain. I will continue to take these products for the rest of my life. I have been able to discontinue most of my prescription medications and have not had any further flare ups of iritis. The more I learn the more I realize that I need these products for improved general health as well as relief of symptoms.
Sharyl Tholen, RN

Again, while glyconutrients represent a class of nutrients and are not regarded as medical treatment for any disease. However improving nutrition through the use of high-quality supplementation can support the normal processes of each and every cell of the body. These processes make it possible for each of your cells to restore, protect and defend itself from the effects of injury and disease.

Fibromyalgia

About 3 ½ years ago, my friend came over and invited me to a meeting, and I told her that I am not getting out of this chair. I had a moist heat pad on my upper back. an ice pack on my gall bladder. I had taken a handful of pain pills. Just coming home from a day of work, and this was an every night thing, from a day of work that I couldn’t concentrate well enough to do my job well. And every day I was afraid I would lose it because my concentration was so bad.

Anyway, I did refuse to go to the meeting with her, and she could see I wasn’t going to budge out of my chair. About three hours later she came back and she had a bottle of glyconutrients, phytonutrients and phytosterols.  And she said, “I want you to take this.” And I refused. And she said, “No, I want you to take this.” And I refused again. And she said, “You have to take this. I am giving this to you. Thank you, Marla Snickle.” But I wasn’t expecting anything because this was not the first time she’d done that. Probably three other times, and before she invited me to – I’m not even going to name all the meetings she’d invited me to. And I would always go, and she would bring me products when I wouldn’t go, and I would take them, and some things might be a little better. And so I wasn’t expecting anything.

Sometime in that month I told my husband, “You know that new Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress is really helping.” I said, “I don’t have this upper back pain anymore.” And then I ran out of one of those things. I think it was called Ambrotose. And one day at work I felt this stabbing pain in my upper back again, and by the second day it was worse, and by the third day I was the same as I had been, and I thought, “Well, I guess it’s not the mattress. What, you know, how can this be?” And it took me about a week or so to wonder, “I wonder if it’s because I ran out of one of those things? I think I’ll order that again and see if that could possibly be.” And I did order it again, and after a few days the pain let up again. So then I was interested.

I also, I have the fibromyalgia. I have degenerative arthritis. The x-rays show that most of the cartilage in my hands were gone. My thumbs were locked up. It wasn’t a problem at work because I was a typist, and you only have to do the space bar with your thumb. The other fingers still work. I also was very hypoglycemic all of my life. I had many headaches, many different kinds of headaches. Never could figure out why did I get up with headaches. I had a stomach ulcer. I had very bad digestive systems – the reflux. Pretty much everything that you know: your blood tests come back normal but you feel really lousy. At work I could hardly walk from my desk to the bathroom because my feet hurt so badly. I bought the arthritic spring shoes, $125 so then I could walk, but it still hurt really bad. I couldn’t wear my tennis shoes because I couldn’t stand to tie them.

Now I’m taking the glyconutrients. I know now they are – I went to one meeting after that, and all night long, glyconutrients and phytonutrients were going through my head, and I thought, “I don’t even know what this stuff was.” Cause that meeting was horrible. It was really boring. But I kept going back because something was working.

After awhile, my blood sugar leveled out. It used to be that if I didn’t eat breakfast in the morning, I was in big trouble. We were on our way to church one Sunday morning, and I say, “Oh, I forgot to eat breakfast.” And my husband said, “Okay, we’re going back.” He didn’t want me to pass out in church or one of those kind of things that he didn’t like. I said, “No, we’re late already.” I’m always late. I’m sorry, but, “Let’s just go and see what happens.” Well it was one o’clock when we ate lunch, and I was fine. I didn’t have a headache. I didn’t feel weak. And I said, “This is really strange. I feel fine.”

And you know, then I found through the days, longer and longer I could go without eating. I didn’t have to eat every two hours. I’m even eating chocolate now and not getting headaches. It’s wonderful. And ice cream, milk, all that stuff. So there were a lot of things. Also, my stomach ulcer is gone. My digestive system is cleared up. I would always feel full here, until the next meal, and I thought, “Surely the food has gone down, why am I still full here?” And I would have to wash down every bite of food because it just didn’t want to go down. And I think about all kinds of other things so that I could swallow.

I want to tell you today, I am 98% pain free. Something, I’ve been taking the products now for 3 ½ years. In the last half year – about a half year ago, I was getting uncomfortable on my special neck pillow. It had a high side and a low side, and I’d switch from one side to the other and then I’d get my feather pillow and I’d try that, and one night I fell asleep on my feather pillow, and that’s how I found out that my neck is okay. I cannot sleep on the neck pillow anymore because it bothers me, but my wonderful feather pillow that I hadn’t slept on for years, is wonderful. My neck – the MRI showed that I had three bulging disks in my neck. And I haven’t taken another one to find out what’s happened, but it feels perfect. So what I’m trying to say here – some things take time, but over a period of time – like this happened, and this happened, and this happened, and my energy is tremendous. I spaded my own garden this year – about 20 feet, 4 ½ feet wide. I took 5 Sport and I walked three miles that day, and I didn’t have a sore anything the next morning.  So that’s great.

Fibromyalgia
Glyconutrients Success Story

Over eighteen years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and manic depression. I spent two weeks at General Hospital for the depression, then a couple of years later I entered Chedoke Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario for the fibromyalgia. I stayed at Chedoke for three weeks to learn how to cope with the pain. It was a difficult task to learn because the pain was beginning to take over my brain. The doctors said I had a chemical imbalance. I did fine for a while, then the depression took over again.

Every day when I awoke I wished I were dead. I prayed to God to help me get through the day. I also spent three months in therapy at another rehab hospital. I thought I was getting better, but then the pain became worse than ever. I saw a counselor every week and a psychiatrist every two weeks. I was put on a lot of medications like Prozac, Amitripaline, and many others. It cost me around two to three hundred dollars each month for medication that gave me numerous bad side effects.

My depression was getting so bad that my counselor from the rehab hospital wanted me to return to the hospital. It was around my fortieth wedding anniversary and my sister from Calgary came to visit me as a surprise. She told me about one of the five strategies to vibrant health and longevity. I forgot about what she said. After she returned to Calgary, my depression got so bad I wouldn't get out of bed for fear I would do something bad to myself. I just kept praying that God would take me. I didn't want to live like that anymore.

I finally got desperate and called my sister I asked her about some of the glyconutrients for health she had told me about. Within three days of using glyconutrients, the
fog lifted and I was no longer depressed. I haven't suffered from depression for two years now. The pain took awhile to go away, but my friend Margie was always there to help me and to encourage me not to give up. I now have my life back. My doctor can't believe I'm no longer depressed. I don't see counselors or psychiatrists anymore. My husband, who now follows some of the same strategies I do, no longer has angina attacks.

I've met so many wonderful people in this business of sharing the keys to health. I am so thankful to have my life back - and I love helping other people feel the same.

I was diagnosed with Lupus and fibromyalgia six years ago. I refused prescription drugs. My doctor said, “Get out of my office. I won’t treat you anymore.” I went to General Nutrition Center, tried everything there was on the shelves and nothing was helping me. Last December I was at the point where I was – I have seven grandchildren between the age of 1 and 6. I was at the point where I couldn’t lift or carry my grandchildren anymore. I was losing my balance. I had the fibro fog – anybody with fibromyalgia knows that. I couldn’t have a conversation with people. My memory was gone. I was just so weak and loss of energy, and my mind’s gone.

Anyway, a friend of mine talked me into trying the glyconutrients.  Within two weeks – I had really scaly patches on the back of my arms and my elbows where they were so bad they were cracking, and within 2 weeks that had healed up. My fingernails were yellow, gray, deep ridges like a washboard. They had started to heal up. And I said, “If Glyconutrients are helping the outside of my body that quick, what is it doing to the inside of my body?” So I started to add more products, and I had insomnia, I had depression, I had it all. Pain so severe from the fibromyalgia that I couldn’t stand the sheets on me at night.

So I started taking more products and in March I started working in a restaurant as a waitress. And I work five days a week, and I work with other girls that are 20, 25 years old, and by the end of the evening, they’re wore out. They’re exhausted. And I’m just – I’m going. And I tell everybody at work that I have more energy than what there are hours in the day. I push mow an acre of lawn. I have a huge – I mean it’s my sand mound – you know how big a sand mound is for a septic system – that’s my flower bed and I do it all myself. My grandchildren - in August I took 2, 2 year old grandchildren and a 5 year old grandchild, drove to Pennsylvania for two weeks – 2 family reunions, 2800 miles. Everybody’s saying, “You’re nuts.” And I said, “I don’t care. I’m having fun. I’m doing things with my grandchildren than 10 months ago I thought I would never do. And I started the low glycemic diet in April. And I’ve lost 30 pounds. Three sizes.

At the center of each person's nutritional change is a bulk glyconutrient supplement. Quality vitamins and other nutrients are also important, along with improving eating habits and as much exercise as is possible.

This is from my friend Jay who lives near me in Northern Virginia.

I was an EMT-B in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a volunteer for 5 years. Currently I live in the Northern Virginia area. I am 40 years old and have been suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) since I was in the 8th grade. For those of you that don't know what AS is it is a degenerative condition like, Rheumatoid Arthritis, where my bones lose calcium and form bony deposits on the outside. In areas of my body where the bones are close together the deposits fuse solid and limits my mobility.

While I have been successful in my life and never let my body stop me from anything I wanted to do, the loss of motion has hurt me in many ways. Additionally, two years ago at the age of 38 I was diagnosed with
Diabetes.

One day my Chief Technology Officer (CTO) comes to me and tells me he has a natural supplement that can help me be more mobile and lower my sugar, but was careful to make sure I knew this was not a cure but more of a way for the body to heal itself.

I decided I had nothing to lose and gave this a try. From my talks with my CTO on all the science of GlycoBiology made sense. I started on Ambrotose and noticed a difference almost immediately. All my friends noticed a difference as I could finally
stand straighter, move my neck, and all with no pain.

I started a month ago and the changes I have seen in me is incredible. I have seen not only improvements in my health but my hearing is better, my
eyesight has improved and I am more mobile.
Jay, Alexandria, VA
